Centered on keeping students at the heart of decision-making and viewing feedback as an opportunity to grow, participants will learn strategies to reduce professional friction before it starts. The session explores ways to clearly communicate instructional intentions and introduces a simple three-step approach for handling tough conversations when professional needs need to be addressed. Through interactive activities, real-world examples, and reflection, attendees will leave with useful tools for building stronger collaboration, greater transparency, and more positive workplace relationships.
